AccessParks secures funding from M/C Partners for broadband expansion

Jan. 17, 2024
The service provider will leverage the funding to expand its presence and acquire related assets in the growing hospitality and managed guest access space.

AccessParks, a broadband provider focused on serving RV Parks, National and State Parks, and Manufactured Housing, had received an investment from M/C Partners.

The provider, founded in 2016, said the investment will drive accelerated growth across AccessParks' business lines and capital for strategic acquisitions.

This investment coincides with the company’s leadership transition.

Tim Rout, founder of AccessParks and the existing management team, will work with the company’s new CEO Alan Rosenberg. Rosenberg is a seasoned broadband veteran, having held CEO positions at Upstream Network and Business Only Broadband. Rout and COO Tony Perkins will remain in leadership roles within the company.

AccessParks said its relationship with M/C Partners will drive growth by bringing new broadband solutions to the outdoor hospitability and manufactured housing markets.

"There has been a massive surge in Americans visiting the outdoors, and AccessParks has been changing industry expectations for quality and reliability of connectivity in the industry," said Brian Clark, Managing Partner at M/C Partners.
