Koji Okamoto is the Senior Director of Multi-Access Connectivity Business Unit for VIAVI Solutions. Koji leads the access field instruments (FTTH/Optical handhelds, DOCSIS/HFC, DSL Copper, and WiFi solution) and Cable systems business. In his 18-plus years of experience, Koji has become a knowledge expert and collaborates with global service providers and MSOs to help them navigate through technology and industry transitions.
Koji holds an M.S. in Engineering Management and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He also holds 7 United States patents.

Robert Flask is a 25-year veteran of the communications test industry. He leads the Cable and Access Instrument Solutions business within VIAVI Solutions and has responsibility for P&L, and overall roadmap and strategy. His focus has been working with operators around the world to successfully transition to 1 Gigabit/s and DOCSIS 3.1. He has both engineering and business background with deep understanding of the technologies and their implications to the industry. He has been a regular speaker and contributor to articles throughout his career. Rob has held diverse leadership roles, including product and program management and engineering.

David manages Viavi system products used to monitor and maintain HFC plants worldwide. Joining Viavi in 2006 David leverages more than 20 years of test and measurement experience to help deliver solutions to MSOs that enable them to transition to new technologies like DOCSIS 3.1 and remote PHY. David’s background includes leadership roles in business management, product marketing and operations. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master’s degree from the University of Cincinnati.
