Sept. 22, 2021
VIAVI’s NITRO Business Intelligence Fiber Insight for ONMSi provides automated fiber line analysis and customizable reporting analytics.

VIAVI’s NITRO Business Intelligence Fiber Insight for ONMSi provides automated fiber line analysis and customizable reporting analytics. It enables operators to unlock valuable network performance analytics insight to prioritize work by customers affected. Users can create maintenance tickets for target locations that rank all fibers down to the fault severity, including the location and fault type. It also enables users to project network/line outage risks or service quality issues and to monetize the ideal, quality network route. And the operators can prioritize performance improvement opportunities by revealing top actionable issues and utilize the analytics to facilitate project management.

Judge’s Comment: “The larger you are the more useful this becomes; the Remote option makes it valuable to divisional or regional technical managers to monitor and dispatch repairs efficiently.”
